The term “Babylights” refers to delicate sun-kissed highlights.  Babylights on brunette hair, as seen in this photo, mimic the natural highlights of a child’s hair.

This highlighting technique can be done in several ways depending on the result you are looking for. The more brightness would involve more babylights. Anyway you go, it creates a stunning true-to-life effect usually from Mother Nature. These can add dimension and depth to dark hair, making it look naturally lightened without obvious streaks. On lighter shades of hair, this is a great way to brighten the overall color. Babylights are a great way to add brightness to the facial area without any other coloring on the rest of your hair.
