For those who are updating from long hair to short(er) hair, there are a few things to keep in mind. Think about your color and how often you wear your hair up.

If you have recently done a new color, or have a lived-in look, you may want to reconsider cutting off the majority of the color at the ends.  It really depends on the style you want and your current hair color. We can always refresh your hair color with Organic Colour Systems once the long hair has been cut. As with the young lady in this photo, if we go with a short haircut, she loses all of her hair color.

Also, you want to consider how often you need to pull your hair back and up. Keep in mind that we can always do a slightly longer version so that pulling your hair back is easy. You may want to go for the short and worry about pulling it back as it grows out. These days there are so many cute hair accessories that work with shorter hairstyles so that may not come into play.
