Attached is some salon reopening information. Our governor is allowing salons to reopen Monday, May 18, 2020. I am scheduling appointments and booking up quickly. Salon visits will be different so please be patient as we all adjust. With everyone quarantining, your hair colouring is probably in desperate need of some TLC! For ALL the beautiful people doing their part and staying home, we got this and I will take care of your hair!

Salon Reopening Information

1• No one is permitted to be with you for your appointment.

2• You are welcome to bring your own refreshments. None are available at the salon.

3• If you would please pay w/a “contactless” method like Venmo, PayPal or Zell this is safer and helps me avoid credit card fees. You can also write a check or pay with cash. I do accept credit cards.  

4• I will be wearing a mask and ask that you bring one to wear yourself. Masks should secure behind your ears (not behind your head). If you are having a colour service wear a disposable maks since colour may stain it. 

5• I have been Barbicide certified for Covid-19 and will be sanitizing & disinfecting after each guest.

6• Sola is also taking extra precautions. There is no waiting inside the building. The doors remain locked at all times. You will need to text me when you arrive. Once I have finished w/the guest before you and I have disinfected, I will come open the door for you. 

7• If you cannot make it for the appointment we have scheduled, PLEASE let me know ASAP so that another guest is able to take that time slot. *This is very different from anything we have ever experienced but WE GOT THIS! If you have ANY questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out!

Many people wonder if Organic Colour Systems lasts as long as traditional hair colour. The answer is yes until it grows out. Also, all hair colour can “shift”. By shift I mean that it oxidizes, sometimes fades or loses its vibrancy. This is where your at-home haircare routine comes into play. Always use styling products specific to your hair needs. One that I feel everyone can benefit from is Aqua Boost Leave-In Conditioner. Then if you want or need lift or control, Volume or Glaze are great. In our environment, I highly suggest Finale Hairspray for help against humidity. And I highly recommend weekly treatments at home. All of these, and more, are available in my salon.
