B-Corp’s stive to balance planet and people before profit. They do this by considering the impact of their decisions on workers, customers, suppliers, community, and the environment. Organic Colour Systems is proud to be a B-Corp.

The certification is granted by a B Lab which is a nonprofit organization, and reflects a commitment to doing business that benefits society as a whole. Becoming a B-Corp involves a thorough assessment of a company’s entire operations. This covers areas like employee treatment, community engagement and environmental stewardship. Once certified, companies must continue meet B Lab’s standards and renew their certification every three years.

I am proud that the company I partner with, Organic Colour Systems, is a B-Corp. They were putting planet and people before profit prior to becoming a B-Corp. We are all out to make a living but it is good to see companies caring about more than profit. What do you think?
