Because of this product’s enriching plant amino acids, it nourishes and protects during the perming process.   OCS has a gentler approach using Cysteamine Hydrochloride which helps to strengthen and reform the bonds in the hair.  As part of the Think Curl system, a separate activator adjusts the pH according to the hair type.   And this makes Think Curl suitable for use on any head of hair, even the most damaged.
