For her base color, I use a medium warm brown formula by Organic Colour Systems.  Then I foil and balayage slightly brighter pieces (aka a natural foiliage).  This really brightens her and breaks up the base.  I love the fact that she uses her Aqua Boost cream treatment on a regular basis!  Keeping your hair healthy between salon visits is key for color retention.
