Chelle’s is a unique salon experience where you and your hair are the focus. By you, I mean that I take the time to know what you are willing and able to do before making any recommendations. As for your hair, I will make suggestions on what I know your hair is capable of doing instead of just doing something because you ask for it. If you don’t use products, style your hair, or are available for regular salon visits, I will be honest about what will work for you.

For consultations, I ask that you text me two photos so that I can see what we will be working with. One photo should be of the top of your hair so that I can see the roots. The second photo should be of the side of your hair so that I can see the length and density of your hair. Once I have these, we can talk on the phone and go over your questions and concerns. When you schedule your appointment, I will allow some time for us to chat live. This method saves a ton of time and you don’t have to make multiple trips to the salon.
