While I am hair to serve you, please stay home if you are not feeling well! I will have the same consideration for all of my peeps!
As an independent hairstylist, I do not receive sick leave and do I get paid when I do not work. If my clients get me sick, then I have to cancel any other appointments and I am not paid for that time off.
When you come to the salon If you show signs of a cold or being sick, your appointment will be rescheduled. While I would like a twenty-four-hour notice for any cancellation, that is not always possible. So please just give me a heads up that you are not feeling well. I will be glad to reschedule you for another day.
With the flu season in full swing, and other contagious illnesses lurking, try to not spread anything. Be kind and stay home. None of us have the time to be down but do yourself and others a favor and STAY HOME.
