Chelle’s Organic Hair Salon has a fantastic heat protection product by Organic Colour Systems! This product is Thermal 2 Twenty. Its design is to protect hair up to 220 degrees Celsius which is 428 degrees Fahrenheit.

Thermal 2 Twenty improves the smoothness of the hair’s surface and reduces friction. This allows easier combing and also offers mild hold properties. As you can see in this photo, the area without “toaster markings” is where Thermal 2 Twenty was applied. It is so easy to see how this fantastic heat protection product works in this experiment! The reason I love this is that you can actually SEE the difference! So imagine what it will do for your hair! I recommend using the Aqua Boost Leave-In Conditioner on towel-dried hair. Next, I like to apply Thermal 2 Twenty to the midshaft and ends of the hair. Lastly, I use Volume or Root Lift on the top of the hair. This process protects the hair while smoothing and allows for lift when blow-dry styling.  Keep in mind, that this also protects when you flat iron or curl your hair.
