On Monday, May 18, 2020, I am reopening my business after COVID-19 quarantine. For those who have an appointment OR are thinking about coming to my salon, please read the following:
1• No one is permitted to be with you for your appointment.
2• You are welcome to bring your own refreshments. None are available at the salon.
3• If you would please pay w/a “contactless” method like Venmo, PayPal or Zell this is safer and helps me avoid fees. You can write a check and I will digitally deposit it on the spot. I have a credit card device instead of using my phone.
4• I will be wearing a mask and ask that you bring one to wear yourself. We will work around them.
5• I have been Barbicide.com certified and will be sanitizing & disinfecting after each guest.
6• Sola is also taking extra precautions. You will need to text me when you arrive. Once I have finished w/the guest before you and I have disinfected, I will come open the door for you. There is no waiting inside the building.
7• If you cannot make it for the appointment we have scheduled, PLEASE let me know ASAP so that another guest is able to take that time slot.

As I have always done, there will be one cape for each guest, one comb and brush for each guest and I will clean AND disinfect before/during/after each guest. I want everyone to feel safe and comfortable. If you have ANY questions or concerns please share them with me and I will be sure to address each and every one.
If you are new to Chelle’s Organic Hair Salon I work in a private studio. I am the only person working in this space and work with one client at a time. This allows me to give your appointment my undivided attention along with a relaxing atmosphere.
Everyone looking for an appointment, please contact me as soon as possible. As you can imagine, I am really busy right now. With that being said, I am flexible and have a cancellation list. This allows me to get people in if something changes with my schedule, as it often does.
To the best of my ability, I am completely stocked with OCS colour and care products.
