At Chelle’s Organic Hair Salon, we love happy customers! This is why we take pride in listening and understanding what each guest wants. It really makes our day when customers send us a photo of themselves loving their hair as this young lady did!

When you first contact us, we will ask you to send a photo of your hair currently and one of your inspiration. This allows us to find the right time slot with the right amount of time needed to accomplish the look. Some people have longer, thicker hair which requires more time in the salon. And then there are those that want a big transformation which also requires more time at the salon. A few days before your appointment, we will send you a confirmation text to remind you. This allows for any necessary schedule changes. We love happy customers!

At your appointment, we consult with you using your inspiration photo. We analyze your hair to be sure that the integrity of your hair is not going to be compromised. Sometimes we need to adjust the end result but always strive to get as close to your desired look as possible. Keep in mind that every stylist approaches cutting and coloring differently. With that being said, we get as close to your inspiration photo as we can. Sometimes there is a  need for more than one appointment to achieve the new look.

When we begin your salon session, we prime your hair with an Organic Colour Systems treatment specific to your hair’s needs. Then we proceed with the cutting and coloring. We encourage you to take a day or two to shampoo and style your hair at home.
