Depending on the level and tone of blonde I am trying to achieve, I do a clarifying shampoo, a cream treatment and then apply the coordinating toner. The OCS multi tones along with a concentrate are my preference for toners.
Most noteworthy about blonde tones, almost everyone can wear them. Obviously, the tone of the blonde needs to blend with the person’s skin tone. Achieving the “tone” or “flavor” usually gives better results with a toner, also known as a glaze. Shades such as ivories, champagnes and the newest which is a buttery blonde result from the level of lift and toner.
Light blondes are still a popular trend. Whether traditional foil highlights, babylights, teasy lights or a combination, it takes time to get to a super light shade.
