After clarifying and performing a Wet Stretch Test, I utilize Organic Colour Systems Power Build to strengthen her hair. Power Build Revamp lathers on the mids and length of her hair. Next, I apply Power Build Cream Treatment on top of the Revamp and on the rest of her hair. This product will strengthen and restore the hair’s protein levels. In turn, helping lock in color.
Going darker will give the appearance of softer, shinier, healthier hair. The reason being that darker colors fill in porous hair making it look less damaged. Sometimes this can be done with lowlighting and /or shadowing for a lived-in look.
