Once I see the hair’s ability to stretch and return, or not, I apply the appropriate cream treatment. Blondes tend to lack protein. For this situation, I apply Power Build Revamp until it has a visible lather. Next, I put Power Build cream treatment directly over the Revamp. After fifteen minutes, rinse, towel dry and begin coloring.
