This guest is looking for an auburn color with grey coverage.  My formulation is 6nn plus a little 5nn with 6bc and 6cr.  (Because I want a larger color molecule, I choose to add the 5nn).  For styling, I begin with Aqua Boost Leave-In Conditioner.  Once detangled, I add Glaze and scrunch her hair.  Next, I blow dry using a diffuser.  When it is almost dry, I add Volume to the top for a bit of lift.
